About Role

The Admin & Finance Executive is responsible for analyzing and in monitoring of financial management, as well as program, travel, human resources, and general administrative support as well as some data and research assistance.

What You Will Do

  • Overseeing all Administrative Matters.
  • Manage All Inventory & Supply reports & filings.
  • Coordinate All staff HRD matters – leave & medical records, company assets records.
  • Monitor Admin Budget / Stationaries/ Furniture's/ Computers/Telephone/ Pantry Assets & Stocks.
  • Support & Assist Other Division with their office materials & storage.
  • Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Review and process reimbursements
  • Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets
  • Prepare and submit payroll
  • Create financial and inventory reports
  • Prepare and file company tax documents
  • Identify and correct miscalculations and financial discrepancies
  • Run and update databases
  • Develop and streamline operational efficiencies
  • Contact delinquent accounts
  • Stay current with all regulations, requirements, and laws
  • Contributing to continuous improvements through highlighting any areas where the delivery process can be improved
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as admin and finance executive or similar role
  • Fresh graduate encouraged to apply
  • Good understanding of financing techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Proficient in MS Office and financing system
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and networking ability
  • Comfortable to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • BSc/ BA in finance, accounting, business administration or relevant discipline
